Loveday 31

3306 31st Ave
Astoria, NY 11106
Vintage Clothing

This is EASILY my favorite store in all of Astoria. Super cute, small, and amazing!! Has hand made jewelry from local residents, dresses to die, tops, skirts, outerwear, accessories (handbags, hats, etc), and a lot of shoes. Prices are not totally outrageous, and stock is often updated. If you live in or around Astoria you need to pay this place a visit because it is just not worth missing!

Las Margaritas

3801 Broadway
Astoria, NY 11103-4028
Mexican food

So last night we decided to try "Las Margaritas", on the corner of Broadway near Steinway St. When we first walked in we were politely seated next to the window. Very warm and cozy atmosphere. The frozen margaritas are delicious, kind of strong, and only $7.50 each! Much better priced than normal NYC. You are given a basket of fresh chips and salsa, home made not store bought. The menu is a decent size, and prices aren't too bad, average dinner meal was $12-$14. Our meals were delicious! No complaints on food, but service could have been a little better.

First Blog Post

OK, so this is my first blog, and first blog entry ever. My friend and I live in Astoria, NY and dine out quite often. We always find ourselves "googling" restaurants with reviews, and advice on places to go. So instead of us doing the searching, we have decided to be the ones to reach out to you. Please be advised that we have no affiliation with anything, we are just doing this for fun. We will continue to post blogs on every place we go to visit in the Astoria area. Enjoy, and feel free to comment!
